We are accepting orders for Thanksgiving.

A deposit of $25 per turkey is required.

Mail in deadline for deposits is Veteran’s day 11-11-2013.

After that date if there are turkeys still available deposits must be paid in person .

Our traditional Broad Breasted White New Holland are still available.

We are sold out on our Heritage Bronze turkeys for this year.

We are also taking orders for additonal meats for Thanksgiving such as smoked hams, uncured hams, cornish hens, poussins, muscvoy ducks, smoked pancetta, kielbasa.
